Hunting involves inherent risks. By entering, you acknowledge these risks.
By accessing and using Celtic Shots hunting services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit of 30% is required to secure your reservation. Full payment is due 30 days prior to your hunting trip start date.
Cancellations made more than 60 days before the start date will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations made between 30-60 days will receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations within 30 days of the trip.
All hunters must possess valid hunting licenses for their respective hunting locations. Hunters must comply with all local hunting regulations, seasons, and bag limits.
Participants must be physically capable of engaging in outdoor activities and walking over uneven terrain. Medical conditions that may affect your ability to hunt safely must be disclosed prior to booking.
All participants must attend mandatory safety briefings and follow guide instructions at all times. Celtic Shots reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears under the influence or poses a safety risk.
Hunting is an inherently dangerous activity. Participants assume all risks associated with hunting activities. Celtic Shots is not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during your hunt.
Hunters are responsible for bringing appropriate hunting equipment unless otherwise specified in your package. All firearms must comply with local laws and regulations. Ammunition must meet the minimum legal requirements for the species being hunted.
Basic field dressing and initial trophy preparation is included in your package. Additional taxidermy services, shipping, and export permits are the responsibility of the hunter and available at additional cost.
All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and ethical manner. Harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior towards guides, staff, or other guests will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal without refund.
Celtic Shots is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or modifications to trips caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Celtic Shots reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
