Introduction
In 2019 the Terhi motor boat range is updated by the addition of three models. In these three models the hulls are identical, but they differ from each other interior-wise. The 450 C is equipped with a side console, and it is especially suited as an access boat or for transports between mainland and nearby islands, but it is also a great choice for shorter day cruises, recreational fishing and for laying and lifting fishing nets. Thanks to its robusta and stable hull the 450 C is also well suited for the family's younger skippers. Rainwater drainage is a welcome feature, as it keeps the boat afloat when docked as long as the bottom plug is left open, even if heavy rain would suddenly commence out of the blue. The water level inside the boat stays the same as outside the boat.
The Terhi 450 C is based on its predecessor, the 445 C, but its biggest asset is a new, aluminum reinforced stern transom, which can hold an up to 40 hp outboard engine. The increased engine power favors especially those who often transport heavy or bulky loads or who mainly travel 3-5 persons onboard the boat. The higher engine power also helps lift the boat into planing, but of course the load of the boat also affects how fast it starts to plane. The interior, familiar from the 445 C, remains the same also in the 450 C model; it has a smart, flippable middle bench, four lockable storage units and a lockable oar storage. The oars are not part of the 450 C's standard equipment, but can naturally be seperately bought.
The 450 C is driven sitting on the stern bench, and the steering console has been placed on the starboard side of the boat. The console together with the windshield and windshield railing are included in the boat's standard pack price, but side, stern and bow railings are to be bought separately. The bow can easily also be fitted with a sundeck (additional accessory), which reinforced also works as a casting deck for fishing. On the list of additional accessories one can also find e.g. a stern canopy, a cover for the steering console, a storage cover, a targa arch for fishing, a sensor frame for the transom transducer and a set of seat cushions. By equipping the boat according to your own needs, you get a boat that is suited especially for your kind of use.
As the rest of our Terhi boat models, also the new 450 model is made of a double layer construction of durable and resistant ABS plastic. The void between the inner and outer ABS hull is densely filled with closed-cell polyurethane foam, a floatation material that does not absorb water. This so called Sandwich structure makes our boats especially robust, safe and practically unsinkable. The polyurethane foam acts as floatation and simultaneously suppresses hull-borne noises. As a sign of the boats' unique, durable construction, we grant all Terhi boats a 4 year consumer warranty.

Terhi 450 is a tiller-handled version of the novelty model, and it is ideally suited as an allrounder for lakes and sheltered coastal waters. In the Nordics these type of boats are mostly used as an access boat between the mainland and a summer house situated on a small island, for lowering and lifting fishing nets or as a small leisure boat when heading to closeby islands. As the Terhi 450 is extremely stable and robust, it can easily be utilized also by the family's younger boaters. The increased engine power is extremely useful, especially when 4-5 persons usually travel in the boat or when heavy and bulky loads and often transported. The larger engine size also facilitates lifting the boat into planing, even if the load of the boat naturally affects. The smart, flippable middle bench, the four lockable storage compartments and the lockable oar storage remains the same as in the 445 models.
The Terhi 450 can be equipped with additional accessories, e.g. side railings, bow railings, a sensor fram for transom transducer, a bow canopy, a targa fishing arch as well as with seat cushions. By equipping your boat according to your own wants and needs, you get a boat that is suited exactly for your kind of use.

Introduction
A generously sized rowing boat that can be fitted with an outboard motor. Thanks to the wide hull, Terhi 440 is very stable and the carrying capacity is far more than in most boats of similar size. Commuting from one place to another, the boat carries safely even larger loads to and from the summer house or cottage. When fishing it does not rock, nor roll when the nets are set or when the catch is lifted into the boat. Lockable storage spaces are available in both bow and stern, and the middle bench can be adjusted in length or disconnected and removed if necessary.
